If summer has left you exhausted, this is for you!
Sleep has a significant impact on your mind and body. It’s time that your body needs to recover and restore from the day. Lack of sleep can affect your mood & temperament, as well as hormones that influence how much you eat.
This challenge is aimed at helping you learn more about sleep and examine your routine that can lead to better sleep and feeling good!
How To Participate
Step 1: Create a Motion Connected Account
If you’ve already signed up for Thrive Rewards, you can skip to Step 2. If not, click here to get started.
Step 2: Complete the Challenge
Completing the challenge is as simple as 1, 2, 3.
1. Find the “Good Night to a Better You” activity in the Q3 Scorecard under the Awareness headline (Hint: Here’s how you can find the Awareness Activities.)
2. Watch the video and complete the Sleep Tracking Journal over the course of a week.
3. Upload your completed Sleep Tracking Journal by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 13.
The drawing for a $50 Visa or Amazon gift card will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 14.
